<p>A high-silicon steel plate strip material heat treatment method, the silicon content in the high-silicon steel being 4-7% by mass, and the balance being iron, microelement boron and unavoidable impurity elements. The method utilizes high-energy electropulsing to conduct heat treatment on the plasticity processed high-silicon steel plate strip material at an electropulsing frequency of 60-500HZ, a pulse width of 10-300mus, a peak current density of 20-500A.mm-2, and a treatment time of 3-60s. The method promotes the recrystallization of a deformed structure, reduces thin plate (strip) strength, and improves plasticity, thus shortening treatment time and saving energy.</p> |
