PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can form a film exhibiting excellent film formability, excellent bending resistance and low phase difference. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises mainly an acrylic resin and organic fine particles having an average particle diameter of≥0.01μm and≤1μm. The acrylic resin has a glass transition temperature of≥110°C and≤200°C, and each of the organic fine particles has a structural unit of a vinyl cyanide monomer and another structural unit of an aromatic vinyl monomer.
