PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a spherical plains bearing for a load end is provided to improve the producing speed by simplifying a bearing manufacturing process and to manufacture a bearing with high precision. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a spherical plains bearing for a load end is as follows. A press-forming device is prepared. A ball sheet is inserted into a ball housing unit (1) of a tapered guide unit of the press-forming device, and an assembled ball is processed. The ball housing unit is penetrated through a forming tube during 8-10 seconds while the ball housing unit is pressed by a pressing pipe in which a pressure of 30-50 ton/m^2 is actuated. The inner periphery of the expansion unit is coated on the surface of the ball, and the upper and lower parts of the outer wall of the ball housing unit are formed identically as an expansion unit on the upper and lower parts of the outer diameter of the ball housing unit is pressed to the ball inside the forming tube. |
