PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus combinedly displaying an ultrasonic tomographic image in an affected part, a three-dimensional image of the affected part and a blood flow image. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is provided with a transceiver section 002 for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves via an ultrasonic probe 001, a signal processing section 003 processing an electric signal based on ultrasonic echo and generating B-mode data and Doppler data, an ultrasonic tomographic image generation section 004 generating a plurality of B-mode images with different locations in the volume direction from the B-mode data, a region-of-interest image generation section 100 generating a three-dimensional image of a region of interest from the B-mode data, a blood flow image generation section 005 generating a three-dimensional blood flow image from the Doppler data, a position specification section specifying the B-mode image at a specific position out of the plurality of B-mode images, an image composition section 006 composing the three-dimensional blood image by conforming coordinates of the respective images, and a display control section 007 displaying the composed image on a display section 081.
