PURPOSE: A wire/wireless network integration system, a method thereof, and recording medium for the same are provided to efficiently combine EPON and WiMAX with the application of a centralized scheduling method. CONSTITUTION: A bandwidth request message is transmitted from one or more subscriber terminals to a JC(Joint Controller)(300) through a base station(200). The bandwidth request message is transmitted as a REPORT message when data is transmitted from an ONU(Optical Network Unit)(100) to an OLT(Optical Line Terminal) of an EPON(Ethernet Passive Optical Network). A GATE message is transmitted to the base station and the JC through the ONU. The data is transmitted from the subscriber terminal to the OLT.
