PURPOSE: A massage and stimulation device with a thermoelectric element is provided to easily obtain cool and warm massage and stimulation functions. CONSTITUTION: A massage and stimulation device comprises a body unit(100) which comprises a control unit for controlling the temperature of a thermoelectric element, a heat radiation member which is formed with multiple heat radiation pins, an intermediate unit(200) which comprises a connecting member and a penetration hole, a heat transfer unit(300) which comprises a high temperature heat transfer member and a low temperature heat transfer member, and a thermoelectric module unit(400) which comprises a high temperature generation unit and a low temperature generation unit. |
