PURPOSE: A re-multiplexer for emergency T-DMB(Terrestrial-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) is provided to convert the ETI(Ensemble Transport Interface) of emergency broadcasting into the ETI of the T-DMB. CONSTITUTION: An emergency T-DMB re-multiplexer(140) creates an ensemble structure according to a T-DMB analysis unit and a T-DMB encoding unit. The emergency T-DMB re-multiplexer selects the set encoding stream. The T-DMB emergency re-multiplexer converts MPEG2(Moving Picture Experts Group2) into MPEG4. The emergency T-DMB re-multiplexer replaces service components of the ensemble structure.
