PURPOSE: A compound for an organic electronic element, the organic electronic element using the same, and an electronic device thereof are provided to improve light emitting efficiency, stability, and lifetime of the element. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula. An organic light emitting element comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer between the first and second electrodes. The organic layer contains the compound. The organic electronic element is used for making the compound into the organic layer by a soluble process. The organic layer includes a light emitting layer containing the compound. An electronic device comprises: a display device containing the organic electronic element; and a control unit which drives the display device.
