PURPOSE: A degasification system of a flash container is provided to supply a stream of slag discharge water generated by a vaporizer. CONSTITUTION: A first inlet generates first flash gas by flashing first fluid. A second inlet draws a stream of slag discharge water to the inside of a flash container. A gas and liquid contactor contacts the stream of the slag discharge water and the first flash gas so that the first flash gas degasses the stream of the slag discharge water. The gas and liquid contactor is located between the first inlet and the second inlet in the flash container, and the second inlet is arranged on the first inlet. A first outlet outpours overhead discharge including oxygen and second flash gas from the stream of the slag discharge water. The first outlet is arranged on the second inlet. The flash container comprises a second outlet arranged beneath the first inlet, and the second outlet outpours the stream of actually degassed fluid. A vaporizer (20) is connected to the first inlet of the flash container. A filter (84) separates the stream with a filter cake and a filtrate stream including water and dissolved gas.
