The invention relates to processing metals, in particular by pressure. In a method of manufacturing parts made of sheet material by bending a sheet is first marked out, then perforation lines are perforated by a laser, whose elements occupy at least 75-90 % of the length of the perforation line, after that the part is formed by bending. At least directly at the end element of perforation from the both sides a transverse through (L) long hole is created forming with the edge of sheet an outer (L) long crosspiece, which is defined by the formula: Lcrosspiece ≥ (1 ... 3)δ, where δ - sheet thickness. The invention provides accurate sheet treatment and sufficiently ease bending. |
