PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any inaccurate control of set pressure by an adjustment piston caused by air filled in a spring chamber.SOLUTION: A sleeve 14 is inserted in a guide plug 7, and an adjustment piston 13 for adjusting the spring force of a set spring 11 actuated on a pilot poppet 9 is assembled to a spring chamber 16 provided in the sleeve 14. A spring 17 for applying the spring force to the adjustment piston 13 is assembled to the spring chamber 16, and an air vent hole 19 for opening the spring chamber 16 to the outside is formed therein. Further, threads of a male screw part 14a around the air vent hole 19 are removed to form a recessed part 20. |
