PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker capable of improving the cleaning properties of a vapor-recovery unit after rice cooking, and capable of stably condensing liberated steam into water.SOLUTION: In a rice cooker, a steam conduit 20 is provided which communicates the interior of an inner pot 3 with a vapor-recovery device 10 when the lid 4 of a rice cooker 1 is closed. A water tank lid 13 is provided which is fitted to the upper opening of a water tank 11 so as to close the opening. A steam conduit receiver 14 is provided which is formed on one side of the water tank lid 13, and is open. A communicating tube 15 is provided which communicates with the steam conduit acceptor 14, and is hung down from the lower surface of the water tank lid 13. A silencing member 16 is provided which is attached to the lower end of the communicating tube 15. A back flow prevention plate 17 formed with a plurality of vents 18, is provided to be installed above a lower end opening 19 of the silencing member 16. A foreign matter inflow prevention member 21 is provided at the steam conduit receiver 14 so as to prevent the inflow of foreign matter. |
