An activator (5) moves against the driver to unlock the driver from a locked position and then moves together with the driver in a closed position. The driver is coupled with a damper to brake the closing movement. The driver is rotatable around an axis parallel to the movement direction so as to be locked in a tensioned position with the energy storing device.
