摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A treatment of an in vitro cultured cell line with an antisense DNA oligomer of hsa-miR-301b miRNA and a method for changing a signal transduction system are provided to show the same effect as endorphin by adding an antagomer or miRNA using hsa-miR-301b miRNA. CONSTITUTION: A method for promoting the expression of hsa-miR-301b target proteins comprises the step of treating an in vitro cultured cell line with an antisense DNA oligomer of hsa-miR-301b. The proteins are mesoderm induction early response 1 homolog (Xenopus laevis), SLAIN motif family/member 1, chromosome 10 open reading frame 140, v-myb myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog (avian)-like 1, PAN3 polyA specific ribonuclease subunit homolog (S. cerevisiae), myotubularin related protein 9, CAP-GLY domain containing linker protein 1, DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) box polypeptide 6, tuberous sclerosis 1, and ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 5 (putative function). The expression of the proteins is reduced since hsa-miR-301b miRNA targets mRNA of a specific molecule.</p>
