CONSTITUTION: A production method of a water permeating and air circulating slab comprises a mold frame production step (S100); a mortar filling step (S200); a water-permeating and air-circulating hole forming step (S300) which installs an upper mold on which multiple indentation bars are formed in an upper part of a mold frame which inserts multiple iron bars into the mold frame; a mortar strength reinforcing step; a mortar growing step (S500) which cares a molded product molded in the mold frame shape dissembling the mold frame; a molded product cutting and processing (S600) which cuts the molded product finished with growing in a board phase and which each molded product are sanded.
