PURPOSE: A thermoplastic polyurethane resin for adhesive with a lower-exfoliation is provided to prevent the environment pollution due to a solvent generated in manufacturing the polyurethane, to fundamentally block the generation of materials harmful to the human body, and, therefore, to be able to be recycled. CONSTITUTION: A hotmelting thermoplastic polyurethane resin for adhesive with the low re-exfoliation is manufactured by injecting and mixing 60-75 weight% of polyol which has a weight average molecular weight of 400-800, 0-4 weight% of bifunctional chain extender, and 40-21 weight% of organic diisocyanate. The thermoplastic polyurethane resin manufactured by reacting the polyol, bifunctional chain extender and organic diisocyanate has a melting point of 110-130deg.C and a melting index of 2-10 g/10mn at 177deg.C. The polyol is any one or a mixture of at least two selected from polyester diol, polyether diol and polycarbonate diol.
