PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of sufficiently spreading a reducing agent while suppressing the leakage of the reducing agent from a pipe.SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device cleans the exhaust gas running in an exhaust emission path 1, and includes: a first casing 2; a pipe 3 internally inserted into the first casing 2 to extend in a substantially vertical direction to the axial direction of the first casing 2; and a spraying device 13 for spraying the reducing agent in the pipe 3. A through-hole formed portion 16 in which a through-hole 15 is formed, and a through-hole unformed portion 17 which is arranged at the downstream side of the through-hole formed portion 16, in which the through-hole 15 is not formed, are formed at an internally inserted portion 3a of the pipe 3 internally inserted in the first casing 2. |
