PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flip-flop circuit and a semiconductor integrated circuit device that have a high soft error tolerance, can autonomously correct a soft error, and have less increase in circuit scale.SOLUTION: The flip-flop circuit includes: a front stage section having a flip-flop circuit which outputs a set signal and a reset signal; and a back stage section having multiple flip-flop circuits which receives the set signal and the reset signal from the flip-flop of the front stage section on the same input condition and operates. The back stage section is provided with a soft error autonomously fixing function. |
