PURPOSE: A display panel for electronic papers including a microcapsule and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement long and quick clear display by applying ink composites having excellent electrophoretic properties in a microcapsule type by introducing an organic metal monomer and a hydrophilic organic metal monomer. CONSTITUTION: An electrophoretic display panel includes a first electrode, a microcapsule layer (160), and a second electrode. The microcapsule layer is formed on the first electrode. The microcapsule layer includes a core material and a microcapsule (162). The core material includes pigment particles coated with an ionized hydrophilic organic metal compound and a lipophilic organic metal compound, dielectric media, and a dispersing agent. The microcapsule includes capsule walls surrounding the core material. |
