PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately transfer a convexo-concave pattern of an embossing roll to a resin sheet in embossing the resin sheet.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an embossed sheet includes a step of pressing a molten resin film between an embossing roll having a fine convexo-concave pattern and a backup roll arranged opposite the embossing roll to transfer the convexo-concave pattern to the surface of the molten resin film. The surface of the embossing roll is sandblasted using F180 to F80 abrasive defined by JIS R6001.
