PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined working machine which need not be large-sized and does not cause substantially high costs, despite being capable of changing tools to be mounted on a plurality of tool rests without stopping the machine.SOLUTION: The combined working machine includes a first tool rest 9 which has a main spindle 8 for tools and can slide in the directions of the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis, a second tool rest 10, and an automatic tool changer having a changing arm 11. A changing implement 31 having grippers 32a and 32b capable of gripping tools to be mounted on the second tool rest 10 is mounted on the first tool rest 9 in a first changing position by the automatic tool changer, and the tools on the second tool rest 10 can be changed, by moving the first tool rest 9 from a first changing area to a second changing area, moving the first tool rest 9 in the second changing area in the direction of each axis and rotating the main spindle 8 for tools. |
