PURPOSE: An evaluation system, a business branch terminal, an evaluation method, and a computer-readable recording medium recording a program for executing the evaluation method are provided to offer the evaluation system and the recording medium for setting different targets corresponding to each ability of a plurality of business branches, thereby increasing the performance of a company. CONSTITUTION: A temporary assignment unit (110) sets a temporary assignment target of each business branch and transmits the same to a business branch terminal (200). A business branch target receiving unit (120) receives the first adjustment target of the member store terminal from the business branch terminal. A target determination unit (130) generates a readjusting target by readjusting the first adjustment target according to necessity. An evaluation unit (140) receives a sale activity result and evaluates the sale activity of the business branch terminal. A display unit (150) displays the output results of the temporary assignment unit, the business branch target receiving unit, the target determination unit, and the evaluation unit to a user who uses an evaluation system (100).
