PURPOSE: A parking fee settlement system using a portable terminal is provided to settle parking fees in advance by using the portable terminal, thereby rapidly performing parking fee settlement. CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle entering confirmation unit (100) confirms the entering of a vehicle, a parking management server (110) manages parking information. The parking management server provides the parking information corresponding to a request of a driver and controls a vehicle leaving control unit (101) corresponding to the parking information. A portable terminal (200) confirms the parking information by inputting vehicle information to the parking management server and requests a payment to a payment server (120) through the parking information. The payment server progresses the payment and provides payment information to the parking management server.
