PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site condition monitoring system and a site image provision method that can transmit a site image to monitor the site to a monitoring terminal device without deteriorating image quality even if a communication line is a narrow band.SOLUTION: An image processing device 60 of a site condition monitoring system 1 comprises: site image collection means 61 for collecting images of the site photographed in time series by a camera 20; site image classification means 62 for classifying the plurality of collected images under photographed sites and photographed directions; similarity determination means 63 for determining the degree of similarity of two images per classified image; similar image deletion means 64 for deleting one of two images whose degree of similarity is higher than a predetermined threshold value; capacity determination means 66 for determining the total capacity of the plurality of images after the deletion; and site image transmission means 67 for transmitting the plurality of images after the deletion to a monitoring terminal device 10 if the total capacity is determined to be at or below the predetermined capacity. |
