PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an insulating layer on a surface of a powder magnetic core while suppressing generation of air bubbles.SOLUTION: Magnetic powder is compression-molded to form a compact. A surface of the compact is smoothened. Powder paint is adhered to the compact whose surface was smoothened, and the powder paint is heated and melted to form a coat.
