<p>For a target polymeric substance, the determination, separation, fractionation, dispensing, clarification, concentration, dilution and other procedures and procedures of extraction, recovery, and isolation can be automatically performed with a high precision by combining a suction/delivery operation by means of a dispenser and control using a magnetic material of magnetic particles and/or a filter. For this purpose, a liquid treatment method utilizing a dispenser is used wherein the dispenser is constructed so that a liquid containing a target polymeric substance is sucked from a container through a tip which is removably inserted into a suction or delivery port of a liquid suction/delivery line and the liquid or target polymeric substance is transferred to a contemplated position for subsequent treatment. The tip is constructed so that the sucked target polymeric substance can be separated by adsorption on the magnetic particles and/or by a filter mounted on the tip.</p> |
