The device has a pin (4) provided with a head (6) and a shaft (8), where a free end of the shaft forms a support surface (26). The pin penetrates a hollow body (10), and a screw (14) penetrates a frame profile (12). The screw comprises a head (16), a shaft (18) and a screw thread (20). The thread of the screw engages with a screw thread (22) located at the free end of the shaft of the pin, where average diameter of the shaft of the screw on a level of the surface is 60 percent lower than that of the surface to allow tightening of the profile on the surface by the screw. An independent claim is also included for a car.
