PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cathode module for an x-ray generator unit, which uses carbon nano-tubes, is provided to mass-produce cathode modules by cutting a tube into small sized pieces. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano-tube (20) is grown up on a substrate (10). A chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is used for the growth. A hardening solution (30) is coated on the carbon nano-tube and the substrate. The coating increases the connectivity between the substrate and the carbon nano-tube. The hardening solution is mixed with polystyrene and toluene.
