PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that grasps the amount of residual toner deposited in a connection path in a residual toner conveyance path.SOLUTION: The image forming device includes a residual toner conveyance path comprising: a first conveyance path 92 that conveys residual toner removed by a cleaner to a storage container; a connection path 93 with an upper end connected to the first conveyance path 92 to receive the residual toner; and a second conveyance path 94 connected to a lower end of the connection path 93 to receive the residual toner. In the connection path 93, a hole is formed which is open upward and communicating downward with a residual toner passage area. The image forming device has a rod-like member which is removably inserted into the hole to determine the height of the residual toner accumulated in the connection path 93, on the basis of the height of the deposited residual toner when removed from the hole. |
