PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive liquid crystal panel which prevents noise caused by light entering a sensor part installed on a transparent substrate, and has the sensor part which can read favorable images.SOLUTION: The sensor part installed on the transparent substrate has, at least, an active element, a metal electrode which is electrically connected with the active element and blocks light from the transparent substrate, a photoelectric transducer installed on the metal electrode, and a transparent electrode installed on the photoelectric transducer. A light absorbing material to absorb light reflected in the transparent substrate is installed on the side part of the sensor part. The active element has a polycrystalline silicon film. By this constitution, the above problems can be solved. |
