The method involves connecting power consumers with electricity mains through firmly pre-programmed, not remotely-controlled, external or internal switching arrangements, which are provided with built-in network load detectors, where regional grids equipped with the switching arrangements are connectable to a national grid. One or more current paths are provided by the switching arrangements depending upon a network load condition. Primary local use of local power inputs is enabled by location attachment facilities.
