PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent double-layer cleansing cosmetic having excellent storage stability of a preparation, keeping the double-layer appearance in a transparent liquid state, having excellent uniformity during mixing, and giving an excellent cleansing effect and an excellent feeling in use free from tackiness of an oil component after wiping.SOLUTION: The transparent double-layer cleansing cosmetic is composed of two layers of a transparent liquid oil layer and a transparent liquid water layer, and does not contain a surfactant. The cosmetic is preferably composed of a transparent liquid oil layer containing 40 to 100 mass% of methylcyclopolysiloxane and a transparent liquid water layer containing 2 to 60 mass% of a polyhydric alcohol. More preferably, the mass ratio of the water layer to the oil layer in the transparent double-layer cleansing cosmetic lies in the range of 20:80 to 80:20. |
