<p>Provided is an uplink signal transmission method, the method comprising: determining the uplink pathloss according to predefined information; obtaining the transmission power of the uplink signal according to the determined uplink pathloss, and transmitting the uplink signal according to the transmission power. Also provided is an uplink signal transmission device. The uplink pathloss is determined in conjunction with the predefined information, and the uplink signal power is obtained according to the determined uplink pathloss and the uplink signal is transmitted, therefore fully satisfying different requirements for uplink channel transmission power in different application situations, and the CSI-RS can be further utilized to determine the uplink pathloss, thus enhancing open loop power control capability, and achieving the objective of accurate uplink channel control.</p> |
