PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which extracts small groups from a microblog system, categorizes the small groups and adds a keyword showing interest common in members.SOLUTION: A device for extracting small groups from a network in which comments can be added to posts and performing annotation extracts a personal network on the basis of a follow relationship to a specific user from the network, divides the personal network into small groups on the basis of the follow relationship, separates users included in the small groups into news source users who post news or general information and other general users, weights a keyword extracted from posts or profiles of all users on the basis of whether or not the keyword is from the news source user and a connection number with the users in a small group, and annotates the small group on the basis of the weighted keyword. |
