<p>PURPOSE: A kit for detecting influenza A viruses is provided to detect influenza A viruses on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting influenza A viruses comprises at least one primer set selected from the group consisting of (a) a primer set for detecting the matrix gene (GenBank ID number: GQ131025) of the novel influenza virus, which consists of a primer including more than 15 successive nucleotides among the base sequence of Sequence no 1, and more than 15 successive nucleotides among the base sequence of Sequence no 2; (b) a primer set for detecting the hemagglutinin gene (GenBank ID number: GQ131023) of the novel influenza virus, which consists of a primer including more than 15 successive nucleotides among the base sequence of Sequence no. 3, and a primer including more than 15 successive nucleotides among the base sequence of Sequence no. 4; and (c) a primer set for detecting the neuraminidase gene (GenBank ID number: GQ1312185) of the novel influenza virus, which consists of a primer including more than 15 successive nucleotides among the base sequence of Sequence no. 5, and a primer including more than 15 successive nucleotides among the base sequence of Sequence no. 6, in at least one penetrated opening channel of a PCR chip including a first plate; a second plate; and a third plate.
