PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated powder that gives a moderate slip characteristic and a soft touch and is excellent in a moist feeling and adhesion to the skin, and a cosmetic that gives a soft touch and adhesion at coating and is finished smooth and uniform free from powdery impression and is excellent in makeup sustainability.SOLUTION: The surface-treated powder is obtained by covering 100 pts.mass of a powder with 0.1 to 20 pts.mass of crosslinked polyether-modified silicone and/or crosslinked polyglycerine-modified silicone dispersed in a dispersing medium containing water. The cosmetic contains the powder. |
