The present invention relates to deodorant compositions comprising morpholino compounds and their use in preventing or reducing body odour. Also provided is a method of reducing or preventing body odour. A preferred compound is 3-(4-propyl-heptyl)-4-(2-hydroxyethyl) morpholine, i.e. delmopinol. The composition may further comprise an antimicrobial agent, in particular an antibiotic e.g. triclosan, propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, chlorhexidine gluconate, sodium lactoyl caprylate, trichlorocarbonilide, zinc undecylenate or glycerolether. |
