摘要 PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with improved pressure resistance and heat conductivity is provided to increase a contact area of a body and cooling fins as the cooling fins are inserted into top and bottom seating grooves facing the cooling fins and firmly joined to the body. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger with improved pressure resistance and heat conductivity includes a body (100), a plurality of top seating grooves, a plurality of bottom seating grooves, cooling fins (200), a front cover (300), and a rear cover (400). The top seating grooves is formed on the top surface of a circulation unit (110) of the body along a longitudinal direction while being arranged along a width direction of the circulation unit. The bottom seating grooves are formed on the underside of the circulation unit of the body, thereby facing the top seating grooves respectively. The cooling fins are inserted into the top and bottom seating grooves facing respectively. The body is formed into a flat hexahedral pipe form with a regular cross section by extrusion molding. The body, the cooling fans, the front and rear covers are mutually joined by brazing. Inflow ports (310) of the front cover include an entrance unit and a plurality of branch units (312). The entrance unit is connected to an inlet (320) and extended along a width direction of the circulation unit of the body. The branch units are arranged along a longitudinal direction of the entrance and penetrated toward the circulation unit to be connected to the entrance unit.
