A miniature lubricating assembly is formed by coupling at least two units (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f) together in an axially abutting manner. Each unit (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f) has two connection portions (21, 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21f) on two opposite ends and a mounting portion (11) on a largest outer peripheral surface. The connection portions (21, 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21f) between two adjacent units (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f) form a pair of interfaces with complementary shapes so as to couple tightly with each other. The mounting portion (11) is securely encased in an inner wall surface of a chamber (7) located at each end of a motor housing (5). At least one groove (27, 27e, 27f) and a plurality of notches (31) formed on at least one of the connection portions (21, 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21f) between the two adjacent units (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f). The notches (31) communicate with the groove (27, 27e, 27f) and an axle hole (25). In the assembly, the groove (27, 27e, 27f) forms at least one storage chamber (35, 35e, 35f) to store lubricating media, and the notches (31) form at least one set of passages (36) communicating with the storage chamber (35, 35e, 35f) and an axial hole (12). |
