PURPOSE: A limiter and a driving device for a disconnecting switch including the same are provided to reduce noise by easily controlling torque for blocking rotary power. CONSTITUTION: A driven helical gear is integrated with a housing combination unit. A shaft is inserted into the housing combination unit. A ring-shaped lining (5) is inserted to the outside of the shaft. A ring-shaped flat spring (7) is inserted to the outside of the shaft. A housing (8) is combined with the housing combination unit in a screw type.
