PURPOSE: An electronic device is provided to prevent a local area wireless communication antenna unit and a wireless charge coil unit from being overlapped. CONSTITUTION: A body of an electronic device includes a battery pack and a battery cover part. A contactless local area wireless communication antenna unit (30) is equipped in the battery pack. A wireless charge coil unit (40) is equipped in the battery cover part. The wireless charge coil unit is equipped in the outer circumference of the wireless communications antenna to prevent from being overlapped with the wireless communication antenna unit. A shield (50) is equipped in the wireless charge coil unit.
