PURPOSE: An anticancer therapeutic agent containing Salmonella which expresses TNF-alpha is provided to enhance anticancer effects of chemotherapeutic agent, radiation therapy, or immunocyte therapeutic agent with minimized side effects. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer therapeutic agent contains Salmonella which expresses TNF-alpha. The anticancer therapeutic agent is used together with anticancer agents. The anticancer agent is cisplatin, doxorubicin, or etoposide. The cancer is testicular cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer, gastric cancer, cervical cancer, or breast cancer. The anticancer therapeutic aid is used together with an immunocyte therapeutic agent using dendritic cells or lymphocytes. |
