PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification device and a portable terminal device using the same capable of simultaneously outputting a plurality of voltages to a power amplifier to eliminate an another power supply.SOLUTION: A transformer 30 receives a control signal from a controller 16 to amplify a transmission signal depending on a communication state. First, a switch 32 is turned on. A PA 34 is on/off controlled by the control signal from the controller 16 after a voltage of Vcc1 is applied, and an amplification output thereof is controlled by Vcc2. A DC-DC converter 31 is controlled according to communication conditions to control a voltage value of Vcc2, and thereby, to control an amplification output value of the transmission signal by the PA 34. When the voltage value of Vcc2 increases, the output value of the PA 34 also increases, and when the voltage value of Vcc2 decreases, the output value of the PA34 also decreases. The transmission signal output-controlled in such a way is transmitted from an antenna 20 via a branching filter 35. |
