PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation system that is easy and safe in setting and managing an authentication code, in a remote operation system of a housing equipment apparatus using a network.SOLUTION: In a system in which a hot-water supply device 1 is connected to a network N via a communication relay device 5 and is remotely operable from a communication terminal 3 through this network N, the communication relay device 5 is configured to transmit to the communication terminal 3 an apparatus discrimination code allocated for network communication, on a condition that a first authentication code held by the own device and a second authentication code given from the communication terminal 3 are accorded with each other. Setting means for the first authentication code is provided to a remote controller 2 of the hot-water supply device 1, and the first authentication code set by this setting means is shared by the hot-water supply device 1, the remote controller 2, and the communication relay device 5. |
