PURPOSE: An IPTV service providing method using a cloud computing, and a system and a device therefor are provided to store an internet protocol television (IPTV) content that an IPTV user wants based on an IPTV service overlay in a cloud computing environment, thereby sharing the stored content. CONSTITUTION: If a cloud content, which corresponds to an IPTV content request signal which is received from an IPTV terminal (140), exists, an IPTV service overlay device (120) sends a cloud connection message to the IPTV terminal. A cloud computing device (130) operates together with the IPTV service overlay device, such that the cloud content corresponding to the IPTV content request signal is extracted.
