A wide-angle LED illuminating lamp comprises a lamp holder (10), a plurality of LED light sources (40, 50), a lamp bulb shell (70) and a light distribution ring (30). A substrate (20) is provided on the top surface of the lamp holder (10). The light distribution ring (30) comprises a fixed end (31) provided on the bottom and an extension end (32) provided on the top. The fixed end (31) is connected with the top surface of the substrate (20). The LED light sources (40, 50) comprise a plurality of inner side LED light sources (40) and a plurality of outer side LED light sources (50), the inner side LED light sources (40) are provided on the top surface of the substrate (20) and located within the light distribution ring (30), the outer side LED light sources (50) are provided on the top surface of the substrate (20) around the light distribution ring (30) and located outside the light distribution ring (30). An outer wall (35) of the light distribution ring (30) is provided with a reflecting layer (356) for reflecting the light emitted from the outer side LED light sources (50) to the bottom of the lamp bulb shell (70) along the direction deviated from the lamp holder (10). The wide-angle LED illuminating lamp has the advantage of simplicity in structure and convenience for assembling.
