BLIND APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A blind device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to satisfy the esthetic sense of indoor residents by forming transmitted light into regular patterns and to minutely adjust light transmitted in between different slats. CONSTITUTION: A blind device (1) comprises a plurality of slats (100), a driving line (200), an indentation unit (110), and a light emitting unit. A plurality of slats is arranged side by side by being spaced apart to from each other in order to be variably and partially overlapped with each other. The driving line interconnects and rotates the slats to convert into a shading or light transmitting state. The indentation unit is indented into the slat. The indentation unit is regularly arranged in the lateral side of each slat to minutely adjust the light transmission in between different slats. The light emitting unit is formed by embedding luminous or fluorescent materials into a groove on the first and second surface of the slat.
