This node device (21) is provided with a log-information storage unit (45) for storing log information related to the node device, and a control unit (41) for creating log information during operation and for storing the same in the log-information storage unit (45). A first sending and receiving unit (90) is provided that receives data from outside of the node device (21) and sends data to the outside of the node device (21). A log processing unit (50) is provided that receives reception-data from outside of the node device (21) through the first sending and receiving unit (90), and if the received data includes a log request command indicating a request for log information, independent of the control unit (41) the log processing unit reads log information from the log-information storage unit (45) and causes the first sending and receiving unit (90) to transmit the same.
