A mold apparatus and a portable computer manufactured thereby are provided to improve molding quality by effectively discharging gas generated during a molding process and reducing molding errors. A mold apparatus includes a first mold(200) and a second mold(300). The first mold and the second mold form a plate with at least one hole. The first mold includes a first mold body(210), and a first core unit(230) which is placed at one side of the first mold body and includes a protrusion which forms the hole. The second mold includes a second mold body(310) and a second core unit(330) which is placed in the second mold body in correspondence to the first core unit and includes a protruded pin(331) which corresponds to the protrusion, a charging unit(333) which is made of breathable material and surrounds the protruded pin, and an exhausting unit(340) which is extended from one side of the charging unit. |
