PURPOSE: A Sedum praealtum De Candolle mutant with a flat stem and a method for growing the same are provided to ensure flat stems and main roots. CONSTITUTION: A Sedum praealtum De Candolle mutant has a flat stem. A method for growing Sedum praealtum De Candolle comprises: a step of mixing 100 weight parts of general soil, 30 weight parts of loess, 10 weight parts of oak charcoal powder, 10 weight parts of oak ash powder, 10 weight parts of Sophora flavescens Aiton, 30 weight parts of pine mushroom powder, and 10 weight parts of chitosan to prepare a soil culture composition; a step of inserting the soil culture composition into the stems of branches of Sedum praealtum De Candolle; a step of mixing Leonurus sibiricus L. extract, garlic extract, Sedum praealtum De Candolle, and Lactuca sativa mixture fermentation; a step of dissolving the mixture and inducing growth of Sedum praealtum De Candolle; a step of maturing the mixture; a step of adding water, carbon source, and energy source to the mixture; and a step of inoculating yeast and lactobacillus and fermenting. |
